Randomness.

Oh, good golly. It's been a week. Sorry, my faithful {few} followers. I still have nothing important to say.

What's gone on since my last post? Well...

Sometime early in the week, my sewing machine broke down.
:(

Saturday I made cinnamon rolls from scratch for a fall festival, won the cake walk and brought five of the fifteen back home. They were good.
:)

Saturday evening, I remembered that I was going to go to a Bryan Davis book signing and was too late.
:(

Sunday morning, Mom and I missed out on church to help out at a Freedom Ride dressage show. Lots more fun than I thought it would be - even though I was one of three volunteers than showed up. I got to dress up two horses, run around in front of a ton of people, watch people ride horses and got extremely jealous...
:) / :(

Monday in guitar lesson we started on Christmas songs. I'm one of those crazy people who never stop listening to Christmas music, even in the middle of July.
:)

And that's pretty much it. Everything else is normal and boring. Still no brilliant ideas for Pepper Grey.

  3. Charli, I simply cannot help myself... I HAVE to comment on those cinnamon rolls... Do you KNOW what you do to a poor little (or rather, not so little) salad eating girl? Saliva started pooling in my mouth and my stomach was making sounds that were unfamiliar to me. THOSE LOOK SOOOO GOOD!!! And, to prolong the torture, I now have your cinnamon buns set as the background screen on my phone. :) I must say, you could win an award with that picture because it definitely causes action and emotion in the mind of the viewer. SO sorry for this pointless comment. Kind of a pathetic one to have as the first mark of mine on your blog, but it's a start.

  4. Lizzie, they were pretty good, if I do say so myself. ;) I need to work on the icing, though...

Hey, Katie! Thanks for checking out my blog! And I'm soooo glad I'm not the only one. :P

And Adrienne, if stuff like that is what gives you chub... I think I'd rather deal with the chub. :D Unfortunately, they don't ship well... :P But that was not a pointless comment; it made me feel really good. I look forward to future comments!! :)
